INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
1. Make sure that package and contents are intact and check the expiration date before using it
2. Turn the cap to open the package.
3. Assemble the needle firmly on the syringe, with a slight push and a twist.
4. Carefully remove the needle cover straight off of the needle to avoid damaging the needle tip.
5. Be careful when removing and disposing needle, to prevent accidental needle stick injury and passing infection.
6. Do not put the needle cover back on the needle.
7. Use once and dispose them immediately in accordance with local safety standards.
